Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic Center and Spine Center Medical Group (referred to simply as "SPOC") is the premiere orthopaedic medical center in the Central San Joaquin Valley. The orthopaedic surgeons, nurse practitioners, and physicians assistants specialize in sports medicine, arthritis and joint replacement surgery, orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery, hand and upper extremity disorders, and offer physical therapy services to patients in two outpatient physical therapy facilities.
